Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 72 hours notice. This notice period covers working hours and therefore excludes weekends. Please text, email or call between Monday - Friday and I will do my best to find you a suitable alternative appointment. Please note 5pm on Friday is the end of my working week.

Policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours prior to your session will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the cost of the treatment: £67.50 for a one hour session or £87.50 for a 90 minute session.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • I will take payment for a missed appointment via BACS transfer and send my details to you by text.

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services in the form of a credit note or no charge will incur.

New Clients Deposit:

  • To secure your appointment new clients will be asked to pay for their treatment in advance.
